February General Meeting – 2/19/19!

Greetings, comrades. We have a lot of exciting events coming up in the near future!

February 19, 2019 – our monthly general meeting! We will be discussing organizing opportunities in Akron, the endorsement of Bernie Sanders (should he choose to run) as a chapter, the proposed restructuring of the NPC – and much more. Information will be available for anyone interested in DSA – our meetings are open to members and interested members of the community. The meeting begins at 6:30 in room 2AB.

2/23 – Medicare for All Pressure Campaign Meeting
Join us as we discuss ways to pressure Congresswoman Marcia Fudge to join the Medicare for All caucus in Congress.
3/2 – Socialism 101: New Member Orientation
Interested in DSA but not sure where to start? Want to learn more about Democratic Socialists of America and what we do? Meet members of our chapter and steering committee, hear a presentation on DSA and Socialism, and get more information about our chapter. New members or prospective members are encouraged to attend!
