Queer Liberation is Joy

We are committed to the pursuit of queer liberation; people free to understand themselves and face the world as the person they want to be. Queer expression has always existed in community, and our aim is to fight for a future of LGBT+ equity, where queer joy and existence can be free.

Our Akron Fights For Trans Rights (AFTR) campaign works to make Akron a trans sanctuary city and to enshrine protections against the draconian laws being proposed in the Ohio House. AFTR meetings are open to anyone who wants to help.
