Akron DSA welcomes everyone to join us for our chapter’s June General Meeting!

Our general meetings are the highest decision-making body of the chapter. We come together to get updates on work happening in our chapter, discuss important issues & events in the community, vote on proposals brought forth by membership, and conduct any other business as needed.

Before our regular meeting, we will be welcoming comrade Luisa Martinez from DSA’s National Political Committee to give a virtual Red Talk on the history of deportation as a means of political control. This talk + Q&A will be from 2-3pm. We will then take a short recess before reconvening around 3:10.

This is a hybrid meeting, you may attend either in-person or virtually. A virtual link will be included upon RSVPing.
